Walnut Cottage has
a dining hall with cloakroom off, a charming, comfortable sitting room
with TV and DVD, kitchen with oven, hob and microwave etc., all with
beamed ceilings.
There is a shower-room and toilet on the ground floor, and access via back door to a boot/wet clothing storage area.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a full size double bed, and the other with a 3/4 size bed. There is also an upstairs toilet and washbasin.
The cottage has electric central heating and is double glazed, ensuring cosy comfort throughout the cooler months.

Guests have use of a private garden immediately opposite. Facing due west it is ideal for sitting out on a warm evening while enjoying panoramic views across the lake and the frequently spectacular sunsets.
Cars can be parked immediately outside the cottage. A gate from the rear garden leads directly onto the fell and on to Ullock Pike and Skiddaw, one of many wonderful walks you can take directly from the cottage!
